At Booking: The Big Picture
- Wedding date, venue, and rough timeline
- Number of guests and event style (formal, relaxed, etc.)
- Your story as a couple — how you met, key moments
- Any cultural elements or special requirements
2–4 Weeks Out: The Detail
- Complete run sheet with times and durations
- Full bridal party list with names, relationships, and one personalised detail for each
- Speaker list with names, relationships, bios, and allocated times
- Pronunciation guide for any non-English names
- Contact details for venue coordinator and DJ/band
1 Week Out: Confirmation and Nuance
- Any changes to the run sheet
- Family dynamics to be aware of (divorced parents, estranged relatives, etc.)
- Any surprises or off-program moments planned
- Confirmed ceremony end time
- MC call time and venue access details
The Briefing Call
