The PCEC is Perth's flagship conference venue — with multiple plenary spaces, excellent AV infrastructure, and a professional event services team. Best suited for large-scale events (300+ delegates). The Riverside Theatre is acoustically excellent; the larger ballrooms require careful AV planning for audience engagement at the rear.
Crown's conference and event spaces range from boardroom scale to ballroom capacity. The Grand Ballroom can hold 1,500+ for gala events. AV infrastructure is strong. Location and accommodation on-site make Crown practical for interstate delegates and multi-day events.
The Pan Pacific, QT, COMO The Treasury, and Westin all offer quality conference and event spaces in the CBD. These work well for mid-size corporate events (50–300 delegates) where CBD location is a priority. Each has a distinct personality — QT brings creative energy; The Treasury brings heritage atmosphere.
For events that want to be memorable rather than conventional, Perth has excellent alternative options — AQWA for events in front of the shark tank, the WA Museum Boola Bardip for heritage atmosphere, and the State Theatre Centre for production-heavy events.
